Questions

The things
people ask us.

That is not what it is for. There is no motor, so nothing is adding raw strength. What the frame changes is where the load goes: it lifts some of the strain off your lower back and routes it into your hips and thighs, which are built to take it. Same lift, far less wear on the part of you that tends to give out first. Your site's weight limits and safe handling rules stay exactly as they are.

Yes, that is what they are designed for. The Flex 100 is light enough that most people forget it is on. The Core 200 at 2.4 lb sits comfortably all day. The Forge 300 is heavier at 7.7 lb because of the spring-steel frame, and it has a switch that lets you disengage the assist when you are walking or driving between tasks.

Give yourself a few days to adapt. Most people report the first day feels odd, and by day three they notice when they do not have it on.

Rough guide. If the problem is bending, meaning you are stooped over a bench, a bed, a crop row or a low shelf, go Flex 100. If it is bending and lifting moderate weight, which covers most people, go Core 200. If you are repeatedly handling loads in the 40 to 66 lb range, go Forge 300.

Still unsure? Send us a description of the work through the fleet form and we will tell you honestly, including if the answer is that you do not need one.

Fit is everything with a passive frame. Worn loose or in the wrong position it will not transfer load properly and it will rub. Every unit ships with fitting instructions, and the straps are adjustable across the shoulders, waist and thighs. The Core 200 and Forge 300 use wide padded yokes specifically to stop shoulder pressure points.

If you cannot get a comfortable fit within your trial window, send it back.

Both. Most people wear it over a base layer or shirt and under a hi-vis vest or jacket. The frames are compatible with standard hi-vis and carry their own reflective strips. They are not fall-arrest harnesses and must never be used as one. If your job requires fall protection, that is a separate certified system.

Do not use these if you have wounds, circulation problems, or any existing condition affecting your shoulders, chest, waist or knees where the frame makes contact. If you have a diagnosed back injury or you are recovering from surgery, talk to your doctor or physiotherapist before wearing one. These are protective equipment for healthy workers, not a treatment.

Every frame carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defect, with an expected service life of around 2 years in regular industrial use. We also run a 30-day field trial. Use it on the actual job, and if it is not working for you, send it back in returnable condition for a refund.

Standard units ship from stock. Large fleet orders are scheduled against your rollout date, so tell us when you need them on the floor and we will confirm a delivery window with your quote.

one more career in it.

Try an EXOROBOTICS frame on the actual job for 30 days. If your back does not notice the difference, send it back.
